Life Coaching with Kim Bromley, Art of Wellbeing can be completed on-line through Skype, FaceTime, email, telephone and messaging. In addition face to face appointments are held in Eastbourne, Maidstone and Ashford in Kent.

Life Coaching is a relationship that supports and empowers an individual to meet and exceed personal and professional goals. By setting goals, motivational support, problem solving, releasing blocks to change can facilitate dramatic change in home life, professional life and physical and mental health. Life Coaching supports the individual to explore their potential to the full.

Techniques within the Life Coaching session are employed to provide clients to confidently use the tools to face difficult situations and release emotional barriers or blocks. Central to Life Coaching is the premise that the individual has the power to help themselves. The Life Coach does not advise a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way.

Why has coaching become so popular?

Life Coaching has been seen to be a powerful developmental tool in creating moment for positive results.

Coaching has been defined as: ‘The systematic application of behavioural science to the enhancement of life experience, work performance and wellbeing of individuals.’ Grant, 2000.

Coaching draws upon principles and techniques from a range of psychologically bases disciplines to encourage people to develop their potential, performance and wellbeing.

What happens during a Life Coaching Session?

Life Coaching with Kim Bromley at Art of Wellbeing can be held face to face in Eastbourne, Maidstone or Ashford. Sessions can also be completed over the telephone, Skype or FaceTime. All sessions are 50 minutes long.

During the session, Kim Bromley will ask a number of questions to discover which areas the you, the client would like to work upon and what goal you would wish to achieve.

Life Coaching can be seen as a partnership with Kim, who will gently encourage you to explore how to make positive changes. Sometimes the questions may become challenging to encourage the client to begin to look at a situation or reflect upon certain ideas in a different way to help the individual move forward. Kim Bromley at Art of Wellbeing, aims to make the sessions, fun and light hearted to encourage a relaxed atmosphere to support the individual to achieve their goals.

How is Life Coaching different from Counselling?

Counselling investigates the underlying cause of mental health problems – such as anxiety or depression. Often in Counselling we look back to the past. With Life Coaching, we are forward focussed to encourage personal development and self improvement and wellbeing.
